SALES MANAGER

The person we are looking for must be matured, resourceful and confident. He or she should possess strong ability in sales, understanding cross-market needs, IT Products and Solution trends and have more than five years of experience in solution sales.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • To manage sales team by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls align with company objectives.
  • To develop sales strategy and build a solid clientele base to meet planned sales goals.
  • To manage and lead the sales team to achieve set objectives.
  • To define and execute territory sales plans.
  • To track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • To oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • To develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and knowledge sharing.
  • To coordinate with marketing to identify prospective customers, sales opportunities, lead generation and conversion.
  • To coordinate with marketing on promoting our products and solutions.
  • To focus and understand the ideal customers/prospects and how they relate to our products and solutions.
  • To maintain contact lists and follow up with key customers to maintain relationships.
  • To handle and resolve customer complaints regarding to products or services with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess a degree in any discipline.
  • Good knowledge and experience in solution sales.
  • Possess good knowledge on Enterprise Content Management, Document Management and Data Capture. Knowledge and experience with low-code application development platform will be an added advantage.
  • Possess strong ability in sales, evident by past sales achievement.
  • A goal-getter and proven ability to deliver assigned sales objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Possess pleasant personality.
